วิธียืนยันตน หรือ verify hostgator

หลังจากที่เราตกลงสมัครเช่าโฮสต์กับ hostgator แล้ว บางคนสามารถเข้าไปใช้งานโฮสต์ได้เลย แต่บางคนต้องทำการ Verify ก่อน สำหรับคนที่จะต้องยืนยันตน คุณจะได้รับเมลล์จาก verify@hostgator.com เนื้อความในเมลล์ก็ประมาณว่าให้เรายืนยันตนก่อน เราถึงจะเข้าไปใช้งานโฮสต์ได้ (ถ้าคุณไม่ได้รับเมลล์นี้ แสดงว่าคุณไม่ต้องยืนยันตน สามารถใช้งานโฮสต์ได้เลย)

1.สแกนบัตรประชาชน หรือ พาสปอร์ต หรือใบขับขี่ที่มีรูปหน้าเรา ส่งไปพร้อมกับภาพสแกนบัตรเครดิตหรือบัตรเดบิต ใบที่เราใช้จ่ายค่าโฮสต์ (ตอนส่งภาพสแกนบัตรเครดิต แนะนำให้ปิดตัวเลขด้านหน้าให้หมด เหลือไว้แต่เลข 4ตัวสุดท้าย)
**ถ้าไม่มีเครื่องสแกน สามารถใช้กล้องถ่ายรูปได้ แต่ต้องถ่ายให้ชัดๆหน่อย ให้เห็นตัวเลขและชื่อชัดเจน

2.โทรไปยืนยันตน วิธีนี้ รวดเร็วและง่ายที่สุด ถึงจะพูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่คล่องก็ไม่ต้องกลัว

ถ้าจังหวะไหนเค้าพูดเร็วจนเราจับใจความไม่ทัน ให้บอกเค้าไปว่า slowly please. หรือ Could you please slow down? เค้าจะค่อยๆพูดกับเราช้าๆชัดๆ ไม่ต้องห่วงหรือซีเรียสอะไรมาก ฟังให้พอจับใจความศัพท์สำคัญได้ก็พอ เค้าก็อยากได้เงินเรา (ถ้าเรา verify ไม่ผ่าน เค้าจะคืนเงินให้ ส่วนเราก็เข้าไปใช้งานโฮสต์ไม่ได้) และแนะนำให้ชื่อคนเช่าโฮสต์กับชื่อบนบัตรเครดิตเป็นชื่อเดียวกัน จะได้ไม่ต้องส่งเอกสารไปซ้ำ
